Q. When does the Chicago Golf Pass™ expire?
The 2015 Chicago Golf Pass™ can be purchased anytime during the year, and expires December 31, 2015. While we do not have automatic renewal, information will be sent to all 2014 members letting them know when the 2015 Chicago Golf Pass™ is available for purchase.
Q. Are new courses being added to the Chicago Golf Pass™ program?
The Chicago Golf Pass™ support team is active throughout the Chicagoland area reviewing
new facilities on a weekly basis. USING YOUR CHICAGO GOLF PASS
Q. Iʼve purchased a Chicago Golf Pass™, how do I activate my member card?
Your 2015 Chicago Golf Pass™ member card requires activation before it can be used. It is
recommended that upon receiving your card, you promptly complete your card activation. This
can be done online at www.chicagogolfpass.com, on either the home page "Activate Your Card" green icon, or on "The Pass" page. Simply follow the instructions and upon successful
activation, a confirmation form will be returned. Please print and save this for your records.
Q. For Chicago Golf Pass™ members, how are tee times booked?
In an effort to keep things simple for golfers and participating courses, all Chicago Golf Pass™
members book tee times directly through each participating course, in a manner consistent with the way the course typically handles tee time bookings.
Q. For Chicago Golf Pass™ members, how are greens fees paid?
As with booking your tee time, you will also pay your greens fees at each golf shop in a manner consistent with the way the course typically receives payments. Unlike other online tee time marketing programs, the golf course retains 100% of all greens fee revenue, and no additional service fees or additional booking fees are charged by Chicago Golf Pass™.
Q. For Chicago Golf Pass™ members, what are the playing restrictions?
Each participating course establishes their own specific restrictions on what days and times the Chicago Golf Pass™ may be used.Member rates and restrictions can be updated and changed as requested by each facility, and all updates will occur on the 1st day of each month on www.ChicagoGolfPass.com. The only general restriction is that the Chicago Golf Pass™ is not valid for league play, outings, tournaments, and cannot be combined with other special offers or already reduced rates. Each Chicago Golf Pass™ card is member specific, non-transferrable and must be presented along with a drivers license upon arrival at each participating golf course. All passholder discounts are based on playing 18 holes.
Q. Does each player need a Chicago Golf Pass™ to earn the discounted rate?
For all participating courses that offer exclusive 2 for 1 incentives, only 1 of 2 players is required to show a valid / activated 2015 Chicago Golf Pass™. The second or free round, must be used at the same time the first round is purchased. For all participating courses that offer exclusive "Chicago Golf Pass - Play Anytime Rates", that discount rate is only valid for the Chicago Golf Pass™ member. All other players must pay the regular rates.
Q. How many time can I use my Chicago Golf Pass™ at each course?
Currently no rounds limits are in place at any of our participating golf courses. That means as a
Chicago Golf Pass™ member you can play each course, or your favorite course, as many times
as you like and enjoy the exclusive member discounts each time you play. Check out the
member rates page for specific discounts and booking restrictions.

Q. I placed my order online, when can I expect to receive my Chicago Golf Pass™?
A. All orders placed online at www.ChicagoGolfPass.com will be processed within 3 business
days. All orders are delivered via First Class US Mail, and depending on your address can take between 3-5 business days to ship. If you have not received your Chicago Golf Pass™ after 10 business days , please contact Member Support at 800 - 520 - 4650, or firstname.lastname@example.org. Your name and order number will be required for review.
Q. Iʼm buying the Chicago Golf Pass as a special gift, can I personalize the card?
A. The Chicago Golf Pass has a folio card carrier that can be personalized. This is a great way to
send a special greeting along with the Chicago Golf Pass. Simply order your pass online at
www.ChicagoGolfPass.com and follow the instructions for "Buy Card As A Gift - Personalized".
Your message will be printed on the inside of the card carrier, just like a greeting card.
Q. Can I buy a Chicago Golf Pass™, and have it shipped to a different address?
Q. What is the Chicago Golf Pass™ return policy?
A. The Chicago Golf Pass™ will gladly issue a refund within 15 days of the purchase date.
All refunds require return of the physical card, and the card must have not been
activated prior to the refund request. No refunds, returns, exchanges will be issued after
15 days from the date of purchase. Lost or stolen cards can be replaced upon request
for a $25.00 charge, and this request will require proof of your original activated

information, and the member card can be sent to someone else by entering their name and
address in the shipping information.
